The Afghan is an Islamic immigrant from Afghanistan. He appeared in "Christmas in Paradise".
Biography[]
In "Christmas in Paradise", Dusty sang the song, "Festive Christmas Cheer", where he made all the horrible people in Paradise start acting nicer and more Christmasy. One of the criminals he gussied up was an Islamist, who doesn't celebrate Christmas to begin with. Much to this man's chagrin, Dusty put a carrot and some coal on his turban to make it look like a snowman, forcing him to disobey his religion and follow Christian traditions.

- Dusty refers to him as an "Afghanistanian" (Af-Gan-Ih-Stan-Eye-An). This is not a real word or even a mispronunciation of a real world. The proper term for someone from Afghanistan is "Afghan".
