Baby Kevin Crawford is the newborn baby child of Karen and Randall Crawford and little brother of Kevin Crawford. He was given the same name as his older brother because his parents were disappointed in the original Kevin and had the baby to get a fresh new start on raising a son. He first appeared as a fetus in "Fetal Attraction" and appeared as a human baby in "The Brozone Lair". He was voiced by Rocky Russo in "Fetal Attraction" and by Dana Snyder in all subsequent appearances.
Biography[]
Seminal Years[]
When Kevin was just a sperm cell, he lived in Spermtropolis, a bustling metropolis in Randall's ball sack, teeming with a population of about five trillion citizens. However, one fateful day, the town went under attack by two colossal bullets from the outside world, that were fired by a careless little boy named Kevin. The city collapsed and the entire population was tragically wiped out gravely cutting the thriving of their society short, all except for one brave sperm, who managed to survive the catastrophe and make it to a small island, where he lived as a castaway for 15 years.
One day, while a now impotent Randall was having pity sex with Karen, the sperm cell became strong enough to swim up through Karen's vagina, travel her fallopian tubes completely unharmed, and successfully break into the egg, where it developed into a human fetus. When Dr. Funtlichter delivered this news at the end of "How the Cookie Crumbles", the two were astonished and also very happy to know that despite Randall's penile paralyzation, they'd be having a second baby, after all.
Fetal Development[]
In "Fetal Attraction", Karen and Randall got a look at their upcoming baby, via sonogram and he clearly had it out for Randall. The fetus would look at Randall through Karen's vagina and flip him off, which he could see in the sonogram. Randall tried to show this to Karen and Dr. Funtlichter but neither of them saw him or believed him.
When Randall had sex with Karen later, his penis went into her womb and the fetus grabbed it and broke it in half. He also grabbed Randall and tosses him around, sending him to the hospital for a painfully busted dick. Randall tried to explain to Karen that this fetus was out to kill him, but Karen still didn't believe it, assuming Randall just must have jammed his dick in the wrong way or something.
The next night, Randall slept on the couch, wanting to be as far from the fetus as possible. While Karen was sleeping, the fetus crawled out of her vagina and started hanging Randall from his umbilical down. When Randall awoke, he hacked and gagged for dear life, freaking out over the fetus and begged him to tell him why he was doing this. The fetus told him that this was revenge for destroying his hometown and killing all of his brothers and sisters. Randall explained that he wasn't responsible for the destruction of his balls. Kevin was, as he fired the gun, and he shared the same resent toward him for it. The fetus realized his mistake and he let Randall down, apologizing for his misunderstanding.
The two bonded over their hatred for Kevin and became great friends. The two spend the night sitting on the couch and watching Quentin Tarantino movies, with Randall keeping the fetus moisturized with beer. Randall wanted to keep the party train going but the fetus said that it was time he goes back into his womb. He bid him a goodbye and told him he'd see him again in three months.
Inside of Karen's womb, the fetus had a picture of Kevin on the wall among a bunch of carvings of threats directed at him. The fetus did push-ups to work out, preparing for the date of his birth, where he would finally get his revenge on Kevin.
Birth[]
In "PARAD-ISIS", Karen's water broke, signifying that the baby was about to be born. This is one of the many cliffhangers that ended off the third season.
In the Season 4 premiere, "The Brozone Lair", the baby was officially born. Randall and Karen named him "Kevin Crawford", despite this already being the name of their older son. To help differentiate the two, Randall renamed the first Kevin to "AFKAK" (Asshole Formerly Known as Kevin).
Shortly after Baby Kevin was born, Randall and Karen immediately started showering him with plenty of gifts that you should never give to a baby, such as guns, alcohol, and an account on Bumble so that he could hook up with an adult woman and "get stank on his hanglow". The only guy who have him a reasonable gift was AFKAK, who gave him a Toy Phone but Baby Kevin didn't want it because he already had a real phone.

Baby Kevin is a little white baby with a tiny tuft of strawberry blond hair on his head. He wears a white diaper.
When he was a fetus, he was a little pink baby fetus in the third trimester. He has big, glazed eyes and a bunch of veins on his head. He has a lighter pink umbilical cord that comes out of his belly button.
Personality[]
Baby Kevin is an evil, maniacal, villainous little baby who is out for blood, seeking deadly revenge on the person who killed all his brothers and sisters. Having lived as a stray sperm cell in Randall's ball sack for 15 years, the unborn baby is extraordinarily precocious and wise beyond his years. He has the ability to talk and communicate with people half a century older than him. From the moment he was born, Baby Kevin already started acting like a very suave and macho adult, drinking alcohol, shooting people with guns, and hooking up with bitches on Bumble. Baby Kevin also proved to be incredibly agile and skillful, being able to kill a bunch of evil deer parkour-style and save his family. Despite all of this, Baby Kevin, at the end of the day, is still ultimately a baby and still spends most of his time watching children's shows like The Jiggles and playing with such toys as his Pound N Peg and more ominously, his Snuggle Me Lovely Doll.

- Kevin Crawford - The fetus is madly obsessed with his unbridled hatred toward Kevin and has dedicated his entire pre-life to exacting his vile revenge on him for destroying Spermtropolis and murdering all his brothers and sisters, many years ago. The fetus has a vicious thirst for attacking, torturing, and flat-out violently murdering Kevin in cold blood. He develops a long and elaborate plan to kill his brother, which fails. When he learns, through time travel Kevin kills his past self which makes him respect his brother. He also learns that if his brother never shot their father's balls, he would have never been born, which terrifies him. This makes him finally learn to love his brother.
- Randall Crawford - For 15 long years, the fetus had wrongfully assumed Randall of being the guy who shot himself in the testicles and all of the blood thirst and ire he holds toward Kevin was misplaced and focused on Randall. The fetus antagonized, tormented, and came very close to hanging Randall before his father explained to him what really happened. The fetus was so sorry about the misunderstanding, but Randall was quick to forgive him. Randall and the fetus became great friends, who watched porn, binged violent movies, and drank beer together like father and son. The fetus thanked Randall for being such a great dad to him and Randall told the fetus that it was no problem as he had very high hopes for him as a son and announced that it would be his goal to raise him to be a better son than Kevin and go right where he went wrong with his last son. At the end of the fetus' debut episode, Gina called Randall and asked for his blessing to date his son and Randall happily consented, assuming she was talking about the fetus.
- Karen Crawford - The fetus lives inside of Karen's womb, where he develops into a baby. Very little is known about his relationship with his mother at the moment as the two have never really interacted directly and the fetus has never mentioned Karen. However, Karen has made it clear that she plans to raise her upcoming baby very wisely and responsibly, whereas to have him grow up to be a successful adult instead of another Kevin.

- Charles Lovely - Charles Lovely has taken a liking to Baby Kevin on account of the kid's immortality. He has gone out of his way to track this baby down and groom him into becoming a close ally of his, by giving him a Snuggle Me Lovely Doll as a toy. This toy became one of Baby Kevin's favorites, which he carried around with him pretty much everywhere he went. This turned out to be a robot that trapped him in "The Eternal Reckoning" so that Charles Lovely could have Baby Kevin kidnapped and flown to the top of the Lovely Corp Headquarters, where he would have his soul consumed by Charles Lovely and the other plutocratic CEOs of his cult, so that they could gain his life source for themselves and become immortal. Although Karen and the Paradise Party Dudes were able to stop Charles Lovely, he still escaped with Baby Kevin and flew him away at gunpoint in a helicopter to who knows where.
- Thester Carbomb IV - Thester became friends with Baby Kevin in "Boat!" and had an odd addiction to sniffing his hair, which made Baby Kevin feel very uncomfortable around him.

- Chronologically speaking, Baby Kevin was 15 years old at his time of birth, as his existence began as a conscious sperm cell, who had been resigning in Randall's testicles, ever since a 5-year-old Kevin Crawford destroyed his city in 2004. The child had officially developed into a baby that exited Karen's womb, when Kevin was 21 years of age, in the year 2021.
- Baby Kevin is invincible and immortal. He can't be killed by anything, not even bullets, and supposedly has an eternal lifespan. This is all due to his development from a 15-year-old sperm cell.
