Big Brain Dick Lips is a mutant with a giant brain and an elephant-trunk like flaccid penis for a mouth. He first appeared in "Top Cops".
Biography[]
In "Top Cops", Big Brain Dick Lips stood with the rest of the mutants at Paradise City Hall, demanding to know from Karen, what happened to Gerald Fitzgerald.
In "How the Cookie Crumbles", Big Brain Dick Lips made an appearance as a member of the mutant family on Family Feud. When he found out Fitz wasn't in prison, he chased him down before Dusty shooed him off with a pizza. Big Brain Dick Lips later stood around in the Mutant Ghetto, when Agent Clappers introduced himself as the team's new leader.
In "Blind Drunk", Big Brain Dick Lips broke into Fitz's Apartment to vandalize the place with a crowbar and replaced everything in his house with bigger versions of itself, tricking him into thinking he shrank overnight.
In "Fetal Attraction", Big Brain Dick Lips had a clipboard as he planned the death trap for Gerald Fitzgerald in the Super Seedy Motel.
In "PARAD-ISIS", Big Brain Dick Lips was one of the mutants that emerged from the shadows, when Fitz was trapped in The Mutifier. It can be implied that he was demutated in the end, along with the rest of the mutants.
