Biography
In "Police Academy", Mrs. Two-Toes passes the burner phone onto Robby and Delbert, in light of the death of Terry Two-Toes. With this, it became their responsibility to handle the Argyle Meth Corporation. They planned on getting rid of it as quickly as possible before it started ringing. Unfortunately for them, it started ringing right away,
In "Task Force", Robby and Delbert held up the Argyle Meth corporation on their own. Robby was talking to the boss of the corporation, telling him that he would be motivating his drug dealers to sell more Argyle Meth. The boss punished Robby and Delbert for their lack of sales by sending in some minions to cut off Delbert's hand. Robby and Delbert couldn't handle the pressure anymore so they passed the phone on to Kevin and explained that the kingpin was using this to contact them. They warned him not to tell anyone that he was now using the phone. Kevin desperately awaited the phone ringing but it didn't ring until after he quit his job. Kevin threw the burner phone in the trash and the trashcan was dumped on the floor, landing the phone behind a table.
In "Christmas in Paradise", Kevin retrieved the phone from behind the table once he heard it ringing. He pretended to be Robby. The kingpin said he would be giving a bunch of Argyle Meth to him in an old shack later. It turned out the kingpin was Santa Claus and Dusty managed to get there before Kevin did. Dusty murdered Santa and Santa turned to Christmas dust. Just then, Kevin busted in and saw Dusty standing right where the kingpin said he'd be right at the same time. Dusty was covered in murderous blood and next to him was the bag of Argyle Meth. This gave Dusty a bad picture and Kevin and Randall thought he was the kingpin and they placed him under arrest, sending him to a women's prison and keeping the true kingpin, Gerald Fitzgerald high and dry.
