Cable News Network (CNN) is a multinational basic cable news channel, headquartered mainly in Atlanta, Georgia. The program covers current news, such as social and political issues and is best known for such panelists as Anderson Cooper and Ana Navarro. It appeared in several episodes of Paradise PD as the primary news outlet watched by liberal characters. In contrast, FOX News is watched by the conservative characters.
Biography[]
In "Black & Blue", CNN covered the Shooting of Gerald Fitzgerald after Gina leaked the dash cam footage to the network and this incident went viral. Gerald Fitzgerald was interviewed later to speak on the incident by Anderson Cooper and Ana Navarro, who put words in his mouth and made it sound like he was attacked by a racist cop. When The Trial of the Century of the Year got out of control, CNN reported on how a racist cop was holding an innocent black man hostage. Their news vans and copters chased after him down the streets. However, everything went sideways when Fitz, Dusty, and Gina got into a politically misdirected orgy that put all of CNN into a twist. Eventually, CNN just went off the air and stopped reporting on the subject altogether.
In "Paradise Found", Gina watched Anderson Cooper report on the Execution of Dusty Marlow on CNN. Cooper later reported on the defamation of Kevin Crawford and how the city of Paradise had sunk to a new low again.
In "Trigger Warnings", Anderson Cooper reported on the Paradise Airport Shooting and the passing of the Anti-Anti-Anti-Gun-Gun-Gun Law.
