The Crawford Curse is a so-called patrilineal family curse that was put on Randall's side of The Crawford Family tree, causing all the men on his side of the family to die at age 50 on the date of July 13th. This turned out, later, to be a false narrative, invented by Hopson to explain the weird coincidence in all of the Crawford family members' synchronized death dates. It appeared in "The Butt Cut".
Biography[]
In 1822, Claudius Crawford burned 100 witches at the stake. Before the witches died, they had the last laugh, when they bestowed a curse onto him and all future generations of his family, causing them to all die at age 50 on the specific date of July 13th. Given how Stanley Hopson was lying about this, it's unknown how much of this was true. However, Randall, himself, noted that everyone on his side of the family died on the same day, at age 50. During the events of "The Butt Cut", Randall, at age 50, lived throughout the entire day of July 13th, 2022, making himself the first member of his family to break the curse.
Trivia[]
- Because of this curse, it can be deduced that other aforementioned ancestors of Randall's are all dead at 50 on July 13th. This includes Pubesalad Crawford and Randall's unseen father.
- Given that Mavis Hancock is still alive, it can be deduced that this coincidence only applied the men in the family.
