Dr. Dennis Dinkle is a dentist, who Karen dated. He is the owner of Dinkle's Dentistry and is actually Terry Two-Toes in disguise. He only appeared in "Welcome to Paradise".
Biography[]
In "Welcome to Paradise", Karen introduced her new boyfriend to Randall, a sophisticated, well-read medical doctor named Dr. Dinkle. Randall didn't believe he was an actual doctor because he just worked as a dentist but Karen told Randall that he trumped him in many ways. Not only did Dr. Dinkle have lots of money in the bank and he also had a full set of balls.
Dr. Dinkle took Karen to Red Lobster for a date and Randall tried to ruin it by throwing a Tear Gas Bomb in there but even though he made their eyes swell up and made them start vomiting uncontrollably, Dr. Dinkle didn't let it ruin the moment and proposed to Karen and she accepted.
At Dinkle's Dentistry, Karen went to have sex with Dr. Dinkle and took his socks off, despite his refusal to do "kinky" stuff like that. When she took his socks off, she was disturbed to see that he only had two toes. She was even more disturbed when Dr. Dinkle ripped his whole body off, revealing he was just a costume being worn by Terry Two-Toes, who had led her right into his trap.

- Since his portrayer, Terry Two-Toes died, it's safe to say the character of Dr. Dinkle has died with him, by default.
