Flipperville is a subhuman society, that exists in the sewers, beneath Paradise, populated by flipper people and ruled by the Dolphin Queen. It was first discovered by Kevin in "Parent Trap".
Biography[]
As explained by Randall in "Ass on the Line", many years ago, a bunch of people went to the Paradise Zoo and fucked a dolphin, impregnated her, and created an entire species of half-human, half-dolphin hybrids known as flipper people, who were despised by society for their grossness and eventually banished (along with the dolphin) down to the sewers beneath Paradise, except for Frank Flipperfist and Edna Dorsaldigits for some reason. When they were all banished to the sewers, the flipper people created a society and called it "Flipperville", where they built buildings out of the trash and junk that people threw down into the sewers.
