Frank Flipperfist is a drug-dealing dog-fighting criminal. He has a deformed arm mutation, giving him dolphin flippers for hands, making him a flipper person. He is the leader of a Dog Fighting Arena as well as the owner of Dusty's Apartment. He is voiced by David Herman.
Biography
Frank Flipperfist first appeared in the episode "Ass on the Line", where he was the primary suspect of being the distributor of argyle meth. Kevin and Bullet went down to the dogfighting arena to speak with him. Frank insisted that he wasn't involved with argyle meth as even he isn't bad enough to sell that. However, he quickly took a liking to Bullet, saying that he admired his stature and rough exterior. Frank asked Bullet if he wanted to join the dogfight and Bullet refused. While Frank left to get some beer, Kevin told Bullet that if he joined the area, then he'd be able to get closer to Frank's business and hopefully uncover his argyle meth case, still being suspicious of him. When Frank returned, he offered a glass full of broken shards of glass to the duo and Kevin felt obligated to drink it.
Upon further inspection, Kevin realized that Frank was in fact, innocent. However, when he wanted to leave, Bullet still continued to dogfight. Kevin overheard a conversation, where Frank said he was going to put Bullet against a steroid-injected pitwolf who was for sure going to win the fight. Kevin tried to warn Bullet that his next battle was a suicide mission but Bullet didn't want to hear it and called Frank to escort Kevin out. Frank attempted to shoot Kevin with a gun but thanks to his flipper hands, he was unable to fire the gun and angrily left the room, flipping him off.
In "Task Force", Frank Flipperfist worked as the manager of Dusty's apartment, demanding that he pay the rent or get kicked out.
In "Christmas in Paradise", Frank was one of the people to gather around the Christmas tree. He was joined by his son, Jerry Flipperfist.
In "Paradise Found", Frank Flipperfist was introduced as one of the members of the Legion of Dooooom, along with Jerry Flipperfist, Pedro Pooptooth, Edna Dorsaldigits, Puffy the Cigarette, and Pat Robertson.
In "Who Ate Wally's Waffles?", Frank and Thester Carbomb IV planted a time bomb under Chief Crawford's car. However, Kevin saved Randall before he could get in.
In "The Father, The Son, and The Post-It Note", Frank assisted The Legion of Dooooom in robbing the Catholic Church to steal back from the Catholic Priest, the money for Operation: D.D.. Frank suggested to Fitz they dress Jerry as an altar boy to seduce the priest as a distraction but Fitz nixed this idea, believing there was no way anybody would want to fuck his deviation of a son. Frank took great offense to this and boasted about his son's molestability. In the church fight, Frank had a plank of wood as a weapon but was beaten shitless by a gang of nuns. Jerry managed to swipe the money, while the gang was kicked out and Fitz thanked him by kissing him up, which Frank saw as a sigh that Fitz did find Jerry molestable, after all.
In "Flip the Vote", Frank helped promote Fitz in the 2020 Paradise Mayoral Election by giving The Legion of Dooooom a crash course in politics. However, it seemed few of his students learned anything of value. When Frank heard that flipper people were no longer considered citizens of Paradise on Constipedia, he gave Fitz the idea to marry the Dolphin Queen, so he could green card him and all the other flipper people into the city.
In "Operation DD", Frank attended the sexual harassment training class, where he was educated by Hopson and Gina on how to sexually harass people. Frank was appalled to hear how they were promoting sexual harassment and sang them a song about how sexual harassment is wrong.
In "Top Cops", Frank showed up in Fitz's Apartment along with the rest of The Legion of Dooooom, awaiting his next command, not knowing that the villainous organization had been disbanded. Fitz ordered everyone to go straight and give up villainy in favor of goodness. Frank, although disappointed with this, decided it was the best thing to do. As such, he and Jerry went on to open a donut shop called Frank and Son's Doughnuts.
Appearance
Frank Flipperfist is an adult Caucasian male flipper person with dolphin flippers for hands. He has long brown hair worn in a ponytail and a five o clock shadow for a beard. He wears a tattered blackish gray vest, a red undershirt, black pants, and darker black shoes.
Personality
Frank Flipperfist is a flipper person born of a currently unknown zoophile and a dolphin, who has dolphin fins for hands, that make everyday tasks for him extremely difficult. Every time Frank tries to do something, his slippery flippers cause him to drop things and fling things around uncontrollably, which really pisses him off.
Frank acts like a sleazy, greasy, mob-boss-like scumbag, who is involved with all sorts of crimes and unethical acts, such as leading a dog fighting arena and being a drug-dealing member of The Legion of Dooooom. Despite this, he is still a family man, father Jerry and an honorable businessman with a few good gigs, such as being the manager of Dusty's apartment and the owner of a donut shop, that he runs with his son.
Despite being a villain in all other aspects, being guilty of murder, animal abuse, theft, and vandalism, Frank draws the line at sexual harassment and swears that he'd never inappropriately mistreat a woman. In fact, he looks shamefully upon such rapists as Gina and Hopson for their pervacious ways. Frank lived by the motto, "Bad Guys Don't Have to be Bad at Being Guys" and believes that he can kidnap babies from women and mutilate their offspring, while still treating said women as human beings.
Starting with "Top Cops", Frank has started to turn his life around and give up evil in favor of contributing to society with his aforementioned donut shop. However, his patience is tested when bastards like Dusty come into his store and try to rob him of all his donuts. Frank, not being one to give up, refused to give Dusty free food and instead plotted a murder attempt on him, which somewhat succeeded. Although he didn't kill Dusty, he still tortured him painfully enough with a molecularly unstable donut to scare him off from his donut store again.
