Handi-Cop is a cop-in-training with the disease ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), who later became a member of Kevin's task force, along with Prop Cop, Ronny, and Donny. He is blatantly racist towards Puerto Rican people at first, though later on, it's learned that he was actually referring to Scottish people and was stupidly misnaming them. He first appeared in "Police Academy" and died in "Task Force".
Biography[]
In "Police Academy", Randall was introduced to the losers table at Diamond City Police Academy, where he met Prop Cop, Ronny, Donny, and Handi-Cop. Randall laughed at him as soon as he first met him and sarcastically asked his "Handi-Cop" was his name. Handi-Cop immediately insulted him, telling him that he hates his mustache as it looks like two Puerto Rican cat turds fucking like Puerto Ricans but also added that yes, they call him "Handi-Cop". Randall admitted that he seemed like a pretty cool guy.
Randall and the other losers went to the bar, where Handi-Cop said that he planned on becoming a cop so he could prepare for the impending Puerto Rican race war. Prop Cop told him he sounded like a Nazi and help up a rope tied in knots to look like the letter "Z" and also offered him a white hood, which was the hood of an ivory toy car. Handi-Cop was so annoyed with Prop Cop's bullshit that he asked for a knife to stab him to death with.
On training day, Handi-Cop said that they didn't stand a chance against the successful team and pointlessly added that he hates Puerto Ricans. Randall told him that he was the most Puerto Rican-specific racist that he's ever met.
Handi-Cop's job was to deal with a woman who was speeding. Instead of dealing with the situation properly, Handi-Cop just hit on the woman and had sex with her and actually won the challenge, since this was how the cops of Diamond City P.D. actually dealt with such situations. He later bragged to Ronny and Donny about fucking her and Donny told him that the woman he had sex with was Pueto Rican, the race he hates. Handi-Cop said that he was wrong and that Puerto Ricans are light-skinned gingers with freckles, who wear plaid skirts and play the bagpipes. Donny corrected him, saying those were Scottish people and Handi-Cop had an epiphany, realizing he was hating the wrong race.
At the end of the episode, Handi-Cop and the rest of the losers were inaugurated as members of Paradise P.D. as part of Kevin's task force. When he was introduced to the team, he rolled up to Gina and started hitting on her, telling her to sit on his face so that he could blink until she came. Randall was certain that Hopson would like this guy.
In "Task Force", Handi-Cop came on to Gina again by holding a dildo in his mouth and asking her to sit on him. Gina kicked his ass and he went rolling across the room and slamming into the evidence locker. Randall gave the entire task force their own room, which was just the basement and it was a real fixer upper. Handi-Cop fell down the stairs and landed in the flooded floors of the basement, face-flat in shit. He noted that the first thing they need to do to upgrade the place is add a wheelchair accessible ramp. When Kevin told his task force the plan, Prop Cop told a bunch of stupid jokes and Handi-Cop said that he's seen funnier prison rapes.
The task force hit the streets and started busting argyle meth dealers. Handi-Cop chased after a fat lazy drug dealer on a rascal scooter in a very low-speed police chase.
Handi-Cop joined the rest of the task force in infiltrating the Happy Trail Circus to look for argyle meth. They went in disguise as acrobats for the circus. Handi-Cop was sent up to the trapeeze, holding on with his mouth and swinging across the circus, where he'd land on the other side of the stand, landing safely on a person, who he crushed to death.
Although he was scared, Handi-Cop went back into the circus for his second act and this tie, he was to be fired out of a cannon. When he was flying through the air, he fell out of his wheelchair and landed painfully on the ground. However, the impact of his body smashing into the ground realigned all of his bones and cured him of his disability. Handi-Cop stood up, an ablebodied man and jumped for joy, celebrating this miracle. Ironically, he was speaking in a Scottish accent, revealing that he was a member of the race he was prejudiced against. His happiness didn't last for long as very soon, his wheelchair came down and landed on him, crushing him to death.
In "Christmas in Paradise", a flashback revealed that Gerald Fitzgerald sabotaged Handi-Cop's performance back at the Happy Trail Circus, having put Extra Strength Gunpowder in his cannon, to ensure he would die.
Appearance[]
Handi-Cop is an physically disabled adult Caucasian brunette man, who is a quadruplegic. He sits in a motorized wheelchair that's burgundy and has a black seat. He wears thin eyeglasses, an oversized purple sweater, stone blue jeans, and navy blue sneakers with white bottoms. As a crippled man with ALS, who has not actually moved his body in several years, Handi-Cop is a very frail and skinny man, who's skin is so tight, it reveals his really jacked up and crooked bones.
Personality[]
Handi-Cop is a spiteful and odious person, who exhibits ire for everybody he meets and conveys it with insults and profanities. He is a hateful racist with a specific slight for Scottish people. Though he seems to be laughably ignorant in culture and geography, as in first first appearance, he mistakenly referred to them as "Puerto Ricans" and wasted lots of his time hating an unrelated race he had no problem with. He also has a sick crush on Gina and enjoys sexually harassing, her much like how Gina pressures Dusty into having sex with her.

- For the longest time, Handi-Cop mistakenly referred to Scottish people as "Puerto Ricans" (a race he has no problem with). It wasn't until Ronny corrected him that he realized he'd been hating the wrong race.
- Ironically, Handi-Cop was revealed to be of Scottish descent in his final appearance, making him racist against himself.
- Handi-Cop died in the year 2018, which cooincidentally is the same year Stephen Hawking died in real life.
