Biography

In "Welcome to Paradise", the cops of Paradise PD needed to observe a suspicious package in the middle of the road but none of them were willing to risk their lives, in the instance that the package might be a bomb so they found a worthless, rambling hobo on the streets and told him to go investigate the package. That way, if the package did contain a deadly explosive, nobody important would have died. The hobo looked into the bag and all that was in there was a bag of Argyle Meth. After the cops found out about this, they needed to crack down on the Argyle Meth case. Randall assigned Fitz and the hobo to work together. He named the hobo "Hobo Cop" and made him an unofficial member of the team. Fitz did not like having to work with Hobo Cop but he got used to him as time went by. Hob Cop kept mentioning someone named "Betty" and how much she meant to him. While Hobo Cop and Fitz were chilling out in the cop car, outside of Sniffles Pharmacy, when it got robbed. Scared and full of PTSD, Fitz wanted to stay in the car to be safe but Hobo Cop notices that Betty was in danger, so he ran out into the gunfire and saved her, while also inadvertently stopping the robber. It turned out that "Betty" was just a crappy old shopping cart full of random shit. Fitz admired Hobo Cop's courage and asked him to teach him his ways. So he did. Fitz became a crazy old hobo just like Hobo Cop and the two of them became the best of friends.

In "Karla", Hobo Cop lived in the trunk of Kevin's car, where he filled a mayonnaise jar with shit and piss. Kevin's Date was greatly repulsed by this. After she fled, Hobo Cop shoved his hand up the ass of a cat, which served as the car's alarm. The cat escaped from the car and Hobo Cop told Kevin that the toilet paper was running away, while he took another shit in the jar. This means that Hobo Cop wiped his ass with the cat.

In "Meet the Jabowskis", Hobo Cop rummaged through the dumpsters and had a bunch of dead bodies in there. He offered to trade with Kevin because he had "doubles" as he pulled out a pair of dead twins.

In "Parent Trap", Kevin was kicked out of his house and became homeless. He lived under the highway with Hobo Cop. During his stay there, he found the missing Security Footage of the murder of Terry Two-Toes in the pile of junk contained in Betty. Hobo Cop let Kevin use his TV to watch it. Upon viewing, Kevin learned that the killer of Terry Two-Toes was a member of Paradise P.D.

In "Christmas in Paradise", Hobo Cop randomly appeared in the Paradise P.D. holding cell, having entered through a giant hole in the wall, hidden behind a poster. Hobo Cop directed Kevin to this tunnel so that he could escape the prison cell.

In "Paradise Found", Hobo Cop works at a Dippin' Dots stand and gives a kid a cup of Dippin' Dots with a snake named Sprinkles in it. Sprinkles proceeds to bite the kid all over and is later revealed to have given him AIDs.

In "Tucker Carlson is a Huge D**k", Randall assembled the Paradise PD Men's Force under Hobo Cop's highway. Hobo Cop told Alexa to play some salsa music for them. Alexa was the name of a female hobo and she played salsa music by drumming an empty salsa can.

In "Flip the Vote", Hobo Cop was seen in the background of Karen's re-election commercial, warming his hands by the fire of an oil can.

In "Paradise PD Meets Brickleberry", a hallucination of Hobo Cop was seen, when Bullet and Denzel got high.

In "Fallout", Hobo Cop was shown to have been hiding out in the sewers for three months during the nuking of Paradise. While they were down there, people ran out of rats to eat and had to resort to eating Hobo Cop's beard ticks. Hobo Cop showed up several times throughout the episode to point out that Randall's body had been taken over by a sentient polyp but he was completely ignored every single time. When people figured out all by themselves, they had no idea how no one could have noticed this and Hobo Cop came up to call them out for being suck fucking assholes.

In "Top Cops", Hobo Cop told Frank and Jerry the story of how back in 1972, he used to be a successful businessman who owned a Candy Store before Dusty came along and ruined it by blowing it up with a jar of farts and putting him out of work. Hobo Cop started living on the streets, drinking Old Spice, and befriended a snake named Sprinkles, which led him down the path to where he is today. It would later turn out at the end of the episode that Hobo Cop made this whole thing up for no reason.

In "Ice Ice Babies", Randall took Hobo Cop under his wing and started treating him like a baby, strolling him around in Betty like a stroller and feeding him Old Spice as though it were a baby bottle. Randall explained to Karen that since Hopson was kidnapped by ninjas, he decided to switch over to taking care of Hobo Cop but this didn't fly with Karen. Randall started shaking Hobo Cop and telling him to stop shitting but as Hobo Cop explained, he didn't even shit until Randall shook it loose.

In "Blind Drunk", Hobo Cop was one of the many disappointed citizens of Paradise, who could no longer drink during Prohibition.

In "What Happens in Twatemala", Hobo Cop lurked around the Twatnugget Casino, saying and doing random things. When Dusty used a slot machine and had a bunch of coins spill all over his feet, Dusty thought that this slot machine was a robot jizzing all over his shoes after he gave him money. Hobo Cop came up and told Dusty that he'd gladly do the same thing for a nickel. Hobo Cop was also one of the performers in the Twatnugget Casino comedy show. His act was to jizz all over Randall's shoes, which Carlos Mencia stole from him.

In "PARAD-ISIS", Hobo Cop was one of the many homeless people to go into the newly constructed Paradise Homeless Shelter, which was just the front of a building with a door that led to a raging river.

Appearance

Hobo Cop is a Caucasian old man with brown hair. He is a filthy, stinky old hobo with a big, scraggly, messy beard covered in garbage and feces. He wears a dirty old black beanie, a tattered old red hoodie, and ripped up old blue pants, held up by a rope, tied around his waist instead of a belt. He also has a puddle of piss in his pants. He also has one town up messy brown shoe on one foot and wears a light blue tissue box on the other foot. He has a few warts on his face and a big black unibrow.

Personality

Hobo Cop is a crazy old vagabond, who lives under the highway and rummages through the garbage for food and clothing. Hobo Cop seems to suffer from some kind of mental illness as he constantly rambles to himself, making nonsensical comments that have nothing to do with anything. He also has a strong emotional attachment to a shopping cart full of random crap that he even named "Betty", proving that he is in very poor mental health. Hobo Cop is also very perverted, as he often jizzes into socks and has sex with dead hookers.

Relationships

  • Betty - Hobo Cop is very emotionally attached to his shopping cart full of garbage, treating it as though it were his wife. He loves it, takes it everywhere he goes, and named it "Betty". In "Welcome to Paradise", Hobo Cop ran through a blazing gunfire and fought off an armed robber just to save her.
  • Gerald Fitzgerald - Hobo Cop started off as a nuisance to Fitz, who saw him as nothing but a smelly, mentally ill, brain-damaged hobo. However, over the course of "Welcome to Paradise", Fitz came to like Hobo Cop, admiring his bravery, ambition, and crime-fighting abilities, which he exhibited by saving Betty from the criminals. Fitz became friends with Hobo Cop and wanted to learn more about him. Hobo Cop told Fitz his backstory and trained him in the martial ways of the vagabond, until Fitz became a crazy, gross old homeless weirdo just like him. Fitz then supported Hobo Cop and wanted to make sure nothing bad ever happened to him, looking forward to many great years working with him in the future.
  • Kevin Crawford - Hobo Cop is good friends with Kevin. In "Karla", Hobo Cop lived in Kevin's Car for a while and used a cat with his hand up his ass as a police siren. In "Parent Trap", when Kevin was kicked out of his own house, Hobo Cop allowed Kevin to live under his highway with him for as long as it took him before he could get back up on his feet again and move into Laousi Apartments. He also let Kevin and the rest of the Paradise Police Department work under the highway, after they were all banned from their own police station in "Tucker Carlson is a Huge D**k".
  • Frank Flipperfist - Hobo Cop is friends with Frank Flipperfist, as seen in "Top Cops". Hobo Cop was a friendly advisor to him and Jerry, warning them not to mess with Dusty, unless they want him to ruin their business the way he ruined his back in 1972. After Frank and Jerry defeated Dusty, they said that this revenge was not just for them but also on behalf of Hobo Cop.

  • Hobo Cop has told several stories about his backstory but none of them seem to be true.
    • Hobo Cop claims that he was formerly a CEO of Berkshire Hathaway but left in order to conquer his fears. This would mean that Hobo Cop is Warren Buffet. However, given his mental state it is unknown if what he claimed is true, or if him becoming a hobo to conquer his fears came at the cost of his sanity. It's unlikely that he is Warren Buffet, as he looks nothing like him and is much too young to be him anyway.
    • In "Top Cops", Hobo Cop said that before he become a hobo, he used to be a successful businessman, who owned a Candy Store and back in 1972, Dusty blew up his candy store with a jar of farts, causing him to go out of business and have to live on the streets, which is how he got to where he is today. However, at the end of the episode Hobo Cop remembered that he completely made this story up, as Dusty wasn't even born in 1972.
  • In "Meet the Jabowskis", Hobo Cop was seen with a collection of corpses in his garbage can. It is unknown what he uses the corpses for but it's safe to assume he uses them for necrophilia purposes.
