The Leader of the Flipper People is the unnamed leader of the Flipper People. He appeared in "Parent Trap".
Biography[]
In "Parent Trap", Kevin fell down a manhole and ended up in Flipperville, where he was greeted by a group of flipper people, led by an unnamed leader. This leader welcomed Kevin to their society and showed him the ropes and gave him a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner of dead rats and shit. Before long, it was revealed that the leader of the flipper people wanted Kevin to have sex with the Dolphin Queen as, since they were all born of this same woman, their species has been trapped in an endless cycle of inbreeding, leading to their next generation being a bunch of mostly-dolphin inbred freaks. Kevin refused to fuck the dolphin but the leader forced him into it with a taser stick. Kevin was able to fight him off, using his fists, which was something no flipper person could make, and then escaped, leaving the leader of the flipper people in the dust.
