Loquacious (Chainsaw Noise) Pussyjuice is an alter-ego of Agent Clappers, created to be an extremely sexy rock star with the intent of seducing Dolphin Queen into cheating on Fitz.

Backstory[]
Loquacious Pussyjuice's parents had sex while skydiving, which is how he was conceived. Loquacious grew up to be a legendary figure, who traveled the world with his backup singers. When he went to college, he wrote his thesis using only the spacebar and managed to get a C-.
Role in the Series[]
Loquacious Pussyjuice was an alter-ego cultivated by Agent Clappers, who was meant to be a sexy, irresistible hunk, who would seduce the Dolphin Queen into dumping Gerald Fitzgerald and going out with him. Loquacious hit on the Dolphin Queen with the assistance of the Mutants who played the role of his backup singers. He bragged about his excellent achievements in life and showed off his amazing didgeridoo talents to boot. However, she didn't respond to his advances. Luckily for him, Clovis told him that the Mother Dolphin cheated on Fitz once with Bullet, explaining their dog-dolphin hybrid baby. As Loquacious, Clappers blackmailed the Dolphin Queen, saying that if she didn't leave town entirely, he would tell Fitz all about his illegitimate son, forcing the Dolphin Queen to tearfully sign a forged breakup letter. Loquacious sent this letter to Fitz, which also included tons of tantalizing tidbits about who Loquacious was as a person.
In "PARAD-ISIS", Agent Clappers reprised the role of Loquacious, along with all his other disguises, to show Fitz that he had been tricking him as those characters all along.
