Miss Whiskers is a messed-up, disgusting cat who's into kinky sex. She is the pet cat of Dusty Marlow, living in his apartment with him. She first appeared in "Police Academy". She is voiced by John DiMaggio.
Biography[]
In "Police Academy", Bullet was talking in his sleep. He was apparently having a dream about a cat. He said that it would be wrong to have sex with her because she's a cat and he's a dog and addressed the cat as "Miss Whiskers". That morning, Bullet admitted that he snorted some coke off of a cat's ass. A scruffy looking female cat with missing clumps of fur showed up at the window and told Bullet to "call her", implying that this was the same cat from the dream and their sexual encounter did indeed happen before he went to sleep that night and Bullet just had a dream about the previous event. Bullet then worried if he had feline AIDS. Later in the episode, Miss Whiskers showed up and told Bullet that she was pregnant. Bullet shoved her into a trash bag and said that he was going to throw her off of a bridge.
She returns for a much bigger role in "Big Ball Energy", when Mr. Meowgi forced Bullet to bring him cat flesh to devour, Bullet called in Miss Whiskers with promises of sex. Miss Whiskers erroneously assumed that she was going to have a threesome with Bullet and Meowgi but really Meowgi tied her up with rope and starting eating her brains (which Whiskers enjoyed). As a result of how many STD's Whiskers carries, Mr. Meowgi exploded to which Whiskers replied, "Best threesome ever!" The sexual pleasure from being eaten heavily implies that she is a Vorarephile.
At some point between "Big Ball Energy" and the Nuking of Paradise, she was eaten alive by Dusty, and escaped his body after he shat on the floor of Frank and Son's Doughnuts, to intimidate them in "Top Cops", incredibly in one piece when she emerged from his giant mountain of excrement, disgusted, to which she replied “Eughhh! Goddamn! I got myself into some weird shit before, but this the first time it was literal, baby!”.
Miss Whiskers dropped by for a couple of cameos in "Blind Drunk", mostly to say something disgusting. When she heard about Prohibition, she hit on Bullet and told him that drunken sex is hotter when it's illegal. She later showed up in the Crawford House to blow a slide whistle, when Randall made a sexual innuendo as Cha Cha, telling Karen that he'd like to "smoosh his bean on her fish taco".
Appearance[]
Miss Whiskers is a gray cat with a bunch of patches of fur missing. Her fur is all scruffy and shaggy, her whiskers are crooked, her ears are bent, and she has a twitch in one of her eyes.
Personality[]
Miss Whiskers is a gross, unclean, and slutty stray cat, who loves having all kinds of weird and disgusting sex, especially with Bullet, who she had a one-night fling with and now can no longer leave alone. Miss Whiskers is into all kinds of sex from S&M to peanut buttered genitals although her favorite sexual act is receiving "double penetration", which she has tons of colloquialisms for. Miss Whiskers is extremely unhealthy and full of sexually transmitted diseases, making her a very unsafe person to have sex with to begin with. She is in very bad shape and sleeps in a cardboard box somewhere in an alley way, apparently not even having a home to live in due to not having a job of any kind, other than being a prostitute who works for free, believing pleasurable sex to be rewarding enough.
