Officer Cloppers is an alter-ego of Agent Clappers, posing as a cop to get into Paradise Police Department. He is a cop with a Fu Manchu mustache, who comes from Bullshitsberg, South Dakota. He was portrayed in "Fetal Attraction".
Biography[]
In "Fetal Attraction", Agent Clappers went in disguise as a cop named Officer Cloppers, (after his disguise as Officer Clippers failed), so he could get a job at Paradise Police Department. He wore a long Fu Manchu mustache as his costume and claimed to come from Bullshitsberg, South Dakota. Randall believed his story and hired him. Right after Officer Cloppers started working there, he was paired up with Gerald Fitzgerald because they were both black. Cloppers and Fitz talked about 1980's basketball and it wasn't long at all before Cloppers got of Fitz's good side. Later, Cloppers gave Fitz a bunch of Big Gulp soda to make him have to pee and then sent him into a trap in the Super Seedy Motel. However, after Fitz told Cloppers that he was such a good friend for making him feel happy for the first time since his wife left him, Cloppers felt guilty and then went into the trap himself, sacrificing himself to save Fitz. After this, Cloppers stopped working at Paradise P.D. without any real explanation.
In "PARAD-ISIS", Agent Clappers proved to Fitz that he was Officer Cloppers all along, which came to him as a total shock.
