Operation DD is the eighth episode and finale of the second season of Paradise PD. It is the eighteenth episode, overall.
Synopsis[]
Operation: D.D. comes to fruition and Paradise P.D. infiltrates Fitz/The Kingpin's lair to stop it, with the help of Karen and the in cognito hero, Thester Carbomb IV. Meanwhile, Agent Clappers opts out of the plans, when he learns that it involves nuclear weapons, only to be pulled back in, when Fitz/The Kingpin threatens to harm his family ... portrait.
Plot[]
Paradise P.D. flees Brickleberry National Park in the squad car after Fitz somehow managed to find them. At this time, Karen finally wakes up with a hangover and Randall updates her on missing out on the whole crossover. Karen is hopeful of this crossover being with Big Mouth but is let down to hear that it was just Brickleberry, which she describes as "Family Guy in the woods". Dusty brings Karen up to speed about Thester in his car behind them, chasing them down. Karen brings it to the attention of everyone that they all have guns, which they use to park the car and shoot Thester back. Thester puts his hands up and desperately explains how he's not here to hurt them. He says that he's not an evil guy working for Fitz. He's actually his psychologist from Chicago, which gets his shoulders shot by Gina and Dusty for their own reasons. Thester claims that right now, the Gerald Fitzgerald who is currently dominating Paradise is not the Fitz they know. The real Fitz is trapped inside of his own mind. The real Fitz is shown in Pussyland, having been there ever since first going comatose and crying in pain and misery, saying that now he's officially sick of pussy and getting barfed on by several pussy creatures.
Thester tells the whole story about Fitz's backstory. Back when Fitz used to work for the Chicago Police Department, he was the best cop in town, having a nearly unbeatable status against the criminals. However, there was one villain so elusive, that not even Fitz could catch him; a villain known only as The Kingpin, who was the most vile, hated, monster Chicago has ever seen since Jim Belushi.
On December 25th, 2014, Fitz finally had The Kingpin in his grasp, when the latter took hostages at the Bomb Factory and demanded $100,000,000 and a stealth bomber piloted by Mike Ditka as his getaway vehicle. Both of these requests, Fitz found reasonable, but when The Kingpin asked for one Chicago Style Deep-Dish Pizza, Fitz thought there would be no way he could muster this. Since it was Christmas, all of the restaurants were closed except for Little Caesar's, so Fitz bought three Hot 'N' Readies and shook up the box, assuming The Kingpin wouldn't know the different. The Kingpin was so dissatisfied, that he pulled the trigger and blew the factory up, killing everybody in it, including himself and excluding Fitz, who survived due to the extremely hard, hurt-locker-like crust of the pizzas.
Although Fitz lived, he underwent crushing guilt over knowing that the deaths of those hostages were on his head. This traumatic incident also gave him PTSD and Multiple Personality Disorder. All of this put together made Fitz go crazy and had him sent to a mental hospital, which is where he met Thester, who worked as his psychologist. In the mental hospital, his split personalities created an alternate persona which was a deeply accurate imitation of The Kingpin, which came with his wants and desires for a Chicago Style Deep-Dish Pizza and his ire toward Officer Fitzgerald. Thester needed to get rid of The Kingpin persona, so he hypnotized Fitz and created a mental prison for The Kingpin to stay in called "Pussyland", based on a song his nana used to sing to him as a kid. Thester demonstrated this song by taking out the corpse of his taxidermy nana and using it as a puppet, when he sang the song, which annoyed Randall. Thester thought that he had completely cured Gerald but he realized that he was only cured during the day. At night, Fitz would be The Kingpin again. When Thester set him free, Gerald Fitzgerald got back in the saddle as a police officer working for Paradise P.D. and as his normal self, he took care of his issues with several wiccan rituals such as meditating and playing the piccolo to keep his Kingpin persona under wraps. It wasn't until Fitz went comatose a couple months ago that The Kingpin trapped him in Pussyland and completely took over.
After this explanation, Thester had Paradise P.D.'s trust. Kevin asked how they could get him out of his mental prison and Thester said there was no possible way other than using a device to enter him. Hopson took out some dildos, which included a massive furry ape-like one called The King Schlong Donkey Dong. Thester said that what he meant by that was to enter his mind. This gave Kevin the idea to use the brain device he got from Dr. Kuzniak, which would get the job done. Thester said that he was working with Fitz as his henchman just so that he could get into his head and help cure him. In actuality, he wasn't evil at all. He was just pretending to be and going along with his criminal acts, which, as ethically edgy as this might be, can still be seen by some as good. Thester said that when he heard Fitz's plans involved nuclear weapons, he had to opt out and tell Paradise P.D.. Randall thought that Paradise didn't have any nukes until Karen brought up that they did. A way back, she cut a deal with the U.S. Government, saying that they got to stockpile defective missiles under Paradise if she got to write the Game of Thrones finale. She also got the launch codes by tempting Obama with sex. Kevin thought the Brickleberry rangers would be a good help for them but Randall told him that due to contractual reasons with Comedy Central, they could only license them for the one episode. Just then, some knockoff versions of The Brickleberry Park Rangers called The Bronkleberry Plerk Rangers showed up and proved to be pathetic substitutes for the originals and unworthy of joining them on their adventure.
Back in Paradise, Gerald Fitzgerald (The Kingpin) has constructed a massive evil lair in town square, which now replaces his Dippin' Dots Factory. As Fitz looks at his reflection in the mirror, which shows his true colors, Agent Clappers comes up to say that he's quitting the team, now that he knows there are nuclear weapons involved. Fitz threatens that if he leaves, he's going to destroy his family ... portrait. Agent Clappers begs for mercy, telling him that this was his only copy of his family photo and it would be a tragedy if anything happened to it. Fitz says that he'll gladly vandalize it if he really decided to bail on him so Agent Clappers caves in and goes along with the plans.
Paradise P.D. takes Thester to Paradise with them. While on their way, Kevin apologizes to his parents for siding with Fitz over them and his parents forgive him in the most insultingly condescending way ever, saying that he can't be blamed for being an irredeemable dumbfuck. Kevin gets offended and lashes out, pointing out that they should be the ones apologizing to him for being shitty parents. Randall denies him and Karen being shitty parents and Kevin says that they never even bothered to give him a middle name. Randall assures him he tried but the nurse refused to officiate it because it was a racial slur. The car crashes into a massive steel borderwall that now circumvents Paradise. Paradise P.D. finds this odd and questions why such a wall even exists. Bullet jokes that to get over the wall, they should search for a ladder in Dusty's fat rolls. Randall takes this seriously and ends up discovering a hidden shit stick in there. Randall has everybody climb aboard Dusty, while he whips him with the shit stick, allowing for them to gracefully fly over the borderwall on a geyser of shit and enter the city, where they crash land on a kid's bouncy castle.
Paradise P.D. stands outside of Fitz's Lair but it's guarded by flipper people, who have now been upgraded with state of the art weaponry, making them less susceptible to an easy defeat. While Randall tries to make a carefully thought out plan, Gina pulls a Leeroy Jenkins and runs guns a blazing, right into the battlefield. In the battlefield, Randall uses Kevin as a human shield, who gets bitten by a baby shark. Gina rips a chainsaw black guy's arms off and uses them against the other flipper people, which she slices into sushi that Dusty eats. When Bullet is cornered, Hopson jams the dilldozer into a flipper person's head and caused him to explode. Dusty has Gina taze him to death so that he can go to Hell and come back as a demon-possessed horse, who beats the asses of all the flipper people and kills them. Gina resuscitates Dusty's corpse and they go into the lair.
While waiting in the elevator to the top, Thester decides to sing the cops the rest of the Pussyland song with his dead nana. Thester then parts her pubic hairs, which makes Randall so mad that he punches the nana's head off.
When the cops get out of the elevator, they're led immediately into the trap of The Legion of Dooooom. Fitz thanks Thester for leading the team into his trap and Randall is confused as to who's side he's on. Thester says that he's on their side but thanks to him punching his nana's head off, he temporarily relapsed to The Legion of Dooooom.
Fitz has Paradise P.D. sat down around the Dolphin Queen's tank and not only does he notice Hopson having a boner but he also explains Operation: D.D. to the team at long last. "Operation: D.D." stands for "Operation: Deep Dish" and his plan is to turn Paradise into a giant pizza, as revenge for Fitz not giving him a deep dish pizza back in the hostage situation. (Remember, he's talking as The Kingpin). This involves him blowing up giant cans of pizza dough on the mountains, which drool down into the city, planes flying over and dropping mozzarella wheels on the city, and a barrage of C4 explosives blowing up the town dam, letting tons of pizza sauce instead of water flow into the streets. Fitz announces that in exactly thirty minutes, he'll set off the nukes to drop onto the city and cook the pizza to a tasty crisp. Paradise P.D. calls him out on the stupidity of his plan.
Paradise P.D. is locked in a prison cell and Karen says that they can stop the nukes with an emergency fail safe station in town square, which can't be activated unless it uses the current mayor's retinal scan. Kevin plans on freeing Fitz from Pussyland and taking him down to the fail safe station to deactivate the nukes in less than the 24 minutes and 50 seconds they currently have left on the clock. Agent Clappers unlocks the prison to set them free and help them. Randall refuses to trust him but Agent Clappers buys his trust by having him feel his big balls, which really wins Randall over and Hopson asks Clappers to teabag him in the mouth. With the lingering possibility that the nukes won't get stopped, Karen has Bullet and Dusty drive out into the saucy streets of Paradise and round up as many people into the bomb shelter as humanly possible. Meanwhile, Gina and Hopson think of a plan to get The Legion of Dooooom away from Fitz to keep him unguarded. Gina sends a false call to Frank Flipperfist, under the guise of being HR and tells him and the others to come to Sexual Harassment Training.
In Sexual Harassment Training, Gina and Hopson sing The Legion of Dooooom a song about how much fun sexual harassment is but The Legion of Dooooom doesn't like it, believing sexual harassment to be morally wrong and beneath even such villains as themselves and thus is cued a song about anti-sexual harassment, where the villains sing about how they'll gladly kidnap, mutilate, and murder, but never rape, (which a few of the members such as Edna and Thester contradict).
Dusty and Bullet drive around Paradise and announce that everybody should get to the bomb shelter. Robby and Delbert refuse to believe there's any real danger, despite them literally standing dick deep in marinara sauce right there. Bullet pretends to be a FOX News reporter to say that Hillary Clinton wants to prevent Robby and Delbert from entering the bomb shelter and this Republican reverse psychology gets Robby and Delbert to go and save themselves.
Paradise P.D. gets to Fitz's lair and Fitz threatens to glue the Clappers family photo into a World's Best Grandma picture frame if they come any closer and Randall tackles him. Agent Clappers snatches back the picture and sees that there are finger prints all over it. Upset that his picture is ruined, Clappers commits suicide by jumping through the window. As he falls to the Earth, he sees a billboard advertising extremely digital photo restoration that could have removed the fingerprints. However, at this point, it's too late and Agent Clappers dies, when crashing into the saucy streets of Paradise. While holding Fitz in place, Kevin plants the brain device on his head and knocks him unconscious. Kevin enters his mind too and Karen and Randall turn on a TV monitor, where they watch what's going on in Fitz's brain. There, he becomes faced with the entrance to Pussyland, which is gate-kept by a talking vagina, who says that the only way to go into Pussyland is to give her an orgasm. Randall realizes now that they're fucked.
At the bomb shelter, Bullet says that they have limited room for patrons so they're going to need to interview people to see if they can live or die. Dusty is faced with Dr. Funtlichter, a chef, and his own grandmother, all of which he rejects because of times in the past, when they laughed at him for splitting his pants.
Kevin ties to make the pussy climax by giving her some sparkling conversation about My Hero Academia but instead of this making her cum, it just dries her out, as she rasps out the words "So dry!" before shriveling up and dying, allowing Kevin to just waltz right in, grab Fitz, and get out. Unfortunately, they get stopped by a gigantic mental personification of The Kingpin, who completely dominates Fitz with psychological torment. Randall and Karen watch on the brain monitor and getting too scared, Randall changes the channel to Kevin's brain. There, they're greeted with a memory Kevin has of when he was 5. In it, Randall and Karen finalize their divorce and place all the blame for their divorce on Kevin. They do nothing but laugh mockingly and joke about how much of a disappointing loser Kevin is and how they wish he was never born. Little Kevin cries over this and the fact that this memory is still fresh in his mind proves just how bad he was fucked by this traumatic incident. Randall and Karen watch this and feel guilty about how they acted.
Back at the bomb shelter, Dusty tells a baby to go fuck herself for laughing at him splitting his pants and rolls her off in her stroller. Bullet takes some time to process the fact that every single person in Paradise has at some point, laughed at him for splitting his pants. Dusty confirms this but adds that Bullet is the only person who's never done so and with that, he gets the keys to the bunker, only to drop them. Dusty bends over to pick them up and his pants split, opening a hole to his buttcrack. Bullet holds back laughter and two birds fly through the air and into Dusty's buttcrack. Dusty dances around, trying to get those two pesky birds out of his ass, not sure whether they're fighting or fucking in there. Bullet desperately tries to control his laughter, as tears well up in his eyes. Suddenly, a wild clown appears, to play organ grinder music, while Dusty sits down on a little tricycle to try and get the birds out of his ass. Bullet finds this so funny, he finally breaks and lets out a single hearty chuckle. Everything falls dead silent and Dusty glares at Bullet in anger. Feeling hurt and betrayed, Dusty cycles his way into the fallout shelter, himself and locks himself in there, leaving Bullet to die.
In Fitz's mind, he gets attacked by The Kingpin while Kevin encourages him to fight back. Fitz says that it's no use because The Kingpin is too powerful. Kevin reminds Fitz that this is his own brain so he can imagine whatever he wants but this doesn't matter to Fitz because he's too guilt-ridden with the fact that he killed all those hostages to fight back. Mental personifications of the dead hostages come out and Kevin realizes that all of them are just a bunch of cancerous Instagram influencers, including Jake and Logan Paul's triplet brother, Chaz Paul, who was worse than the other two because he liked to say the N word. Fitz realizes that Kevin is right and he shouldn't feel guilty about killing those people, so he uses his imagination to turn himself into a giant Mary Sue-ish amalgamation of all of his favorite Marvel and DC superheroes (and villains) to destroy The Kingpin in a megablast of superdeath, thereby killing his alternate persona of The Kingpin and curing himself of his PTSD and multiple personality disorder. Kevin and Fitz wake up from their slumber and Fitz is back in business. Karen warns them that they've got only five minutes left to get to town square and disarm the missiles. For no reason, Fitz plays the piccolo.
In town, Fitz tries to use the retinal scan to deactivate the bombs but a video message from himself, back when he was The Kingpin shows up, saying that he knew it was a possibility he would be defeated, so he made sure he'd disable the retinal deactivation on the system so that even if he dies, he'll still get to turn Paradise into a giant pizza posthumously and with that, the nukes get shot up into the air. Admitting defeat, Randall and Karen make amends for their wrongdoings and apologize to Kevin for being shitty parents and Kevin forgives them. Randall takes out his birth certificate and gives him a middle name, after his grandfather, Pubesalad Crawford. Kevin is not happy to see that his middle name is "Pube Salad" and wants to go back to having no middle name. However, it's too late as Robby and Delbert have already started calling him "Pubesalad" as another new nickname. Dobby comes up and Randall is delighted to see him. Kevin spots Paradise Police Department's former chopper and decides to get into the chopper and fly himself into the incoming nuke, sacrificing his own life to save the town. However, Dobby gets into the chopper before he does and he kills himself in the explosion, saving the town. Everybody cheers for Dobby and jeers at Kevin for no reason. Thester comes up and congratulates Paradise P.D. on stopping both nukes but Randall is thrown off by the "both" and realizes there were two nukes. The second undefeated nuke comes down and lands on Paradise, blowing it up in a massive explosion, cooking the pizza and leaving the fates of everyone in there unknown. The words "The End?" and the "No." show up on screen as the episode ends, finishing off this season on a dramatic cliffhanger.

- Fitz's past, working at Chicago P.D. is explored. Fitz used to be the best cop in Chicago before a villain named "The Kingpin" blew himself and all his hostages up, while Fitz was present and trying to save them. This gave him PTSD and Multiple Personality Disorder and caused him to develop a second personality that was just a copy of The Kingpin, thus explaining the origin of Fitz's alter-ego.
- Thester's Nana was a diminutive woman who died of an oversized heart. After she died, Thester stuffed her and used her corpse as a puppet so he can remember her.
- Agent Clappers opts out of being evil and betrays Fitz.

- Dusty's Grandma laughed at Dusty for splitting his diaper, when he was only six days old.
- One time, an unnamed baby laughed at Dusty for splitting his pants in a situation, which's details are left unclear.

- Dusty's cholesterol is a four-digit number.
- In the past, Dusty's diabetes sent him into renal failure and his grandmother saved his life by donating one of her kidneys to him.
- Randall and Karen were revealed to be very verbally abusive to Kevin when they got divorced. At this time, they blamed Kevin for their divorce and insulted him in ways that implied they wish he had never been born. Therefore, both parents felt terribly guilty, and apologized to Kevin for their abusive behavior (although the apology temporarily went down in flames in a later episode).
- Dobby flies a helicopter into a nuclear missile and dies, sacrificing his life to save Paradise.
- The episode (and season) ends on a cliffhanger, with a second nuclear missile striking Paradise and baking the entire city into a pizza, leaving the fates of everyone in the city, unknown.
Continuity[]
