Biography[]
In "Welcome to Paradise", Randall read in the Paradise Peeper that everybody hates cops, accompanied by a picture of himself getting bombarded by a slew of thumbs down from Paradise Citizens. Also included was a side story about a bald-headed Kathy Griffin, who was undergoing slightly more hate than the cops.
At the end of the episode, Terry Two-Toes read a Paradise Peeper that covered the events of the episode, mentioning that despite Paradise P.D. busting him and taking him down, they are still widely hated by the populace.
In "Karla", a news reporter named Chick Ridley worked for the Paradise Peeper and reported on Karen's re-election.
In "Task Force", Hopson read the Paradise Peeper with one of his testicles out.
In "Parent Trap", Randall read the Paradise Peeper at the dinner table. The cover of the news read that radioactive panda bears were attacking the city.
In "Flip the Vote", Randall read on the news that Fitz was running for mayor.
