Prohibition is a law that was passed in the United States that illegalized the production, distribution, possession, or consumption of alcoholic beverages of any kind. It started on January 17th, 1920 and was abolished on December 5th, 1933. However, the town of Paradise, Illinois was so lazy that they didn't repeal prohibition until sometime in 2021. It ended during the events of the episode "Blind Drunk".
