Robby

Robby is a recurring character on Paradise PD. He is a dumbass redneck hillbilly, who lives in a crackhouse with his best friend and adoptive brother, Delbert. Robby and Delbert spend their time doing illegal drugs, raping people, and committing armed robberies, making them one of the primary targets of Paradise Police Department. He first appeared in "Welcome to Paradise". He is voiced by Waco O'Guin.

Biography

In "Welcome to Paradise", Robby and Delbert made their first appearances, running a VHS Store. Kevin came into the store, assuming they were secretly selling Argyle Meth and wanted to do some investigating as an undercover cop. Robby made a bunch of comments that sounded like he was getting on Kevin's case, but they all turned out to just be weird movie titles. Kevin got nervous and jumped the metaphorical gun by pulling out his literal gun and shooting the whole place up, causing a whopping $11 in property damage.

Kevin later went back to apologize for wrecking their store, only to find them in a meth lab in the back of the store, making Argyle Meth. Kevin arrested them and got a lot more evidence on their evil plans.

Robby and Delbert were put in the holding cell at Paradise P.D. and Robby said that since he was out of the business, he would show Kevin to the secret hideout of their former boss, Terry Two-Toes. He and Delbert disguised Kevin as an Italian guy and showed him the inner-workings of their corporation.

In "Ass on the Line", Robby and Delbert were dogfighters at the Dog Fighting Arena.

In "Black & Blue", Robby and Delbert buy guns illegally from a Russian Mobster, while Fitz and Gina spy on them. Robby tries to screw the mobster over by pulling a gun on him, but after he makes a pun about Vladimir Putin, Delbert gets mad at him for stealing a joke he told him in the car earlier and pulls a gun on him. Before anything can go down, Fitz plays the Piccolo, which gets the attention of everyone there. They all start shooting at the cops and Gina takes it upon herself to beat the shit out of all of them and arrest them.

In "Karla", Robby and Delbert went to a Carbortion Wrex arena and happen to meet Kevin and his date there. Robby vomits all over Kevin's date, angering her into leaving.

Robby and Delbert later show up at the Bar and see Kevin. They give him the nickname "car fucker" after hearing about him fucking his police car, Karla 9000.

In "Meet the Jabowskis", Robby and Delbert get into a lot of trouble with the police because of how much crack they keep selling at their Crackhouse. However, they don't get too much punishment at all because Randall sent Dusty to take care of them and all he did was sing them an inspirational song, which they ignore.

Randall realizes that the only person capable of whipping Robby and Delbert into shape would be Gina. However, Gina had recently quit, so he dressed a dead Hooker as Gina to take her place. Kevin attached a bunch of strings to the hooker and manipulated her like a puppet to scare Robby and Delbert. Although they're initially frightened, as they believe the disguise, a gun falls out of the hooker's pocket and fires, sending a bullet bouncing off of a metal wall and back into her own strings, cutting her down and giving Robby and Delbert the impression that she died. Robby and Delbert celebrate by causing all the crimes they want and fucking the dead corpse.

Robby and Delbert go to Paradise P.D. and given that the only competent cop is gone, they take the place over. This means that they kick Randall out of the building and shred their criminal records and throw a party.

Gina eventually comes back and goes to the police station to finally set things straight. Robby is horrified, thinking that Gina came back from the dead and Gina attacks him by shoving Delbert's head up his ass and throwing him out of the building. Robby gets cowardly and apologizes to Randall like a pussy and runs away, crying.

In "Police Academy", Robby and Delbert created an illegitimate police academy in their crackhouse and Kevin got enrolled there. Robby made Kevin chase a pig that looked like Steven Seagal, catch it, and kill it to make food for him. Robby also tricked Kevin into jerking off Delbert.

At the end of the episode, Mrs. Two-Toes came to the crackhouse and told Robby that following the death of Terry Two-Toes, she'd be giving him the burner phone to carry on the argyle meth business. Robby intended to get rid of it as soon as possible but he got a phone call before he could ditch it, getting him stuck with the business.

In "Task Force", Robby was forced into carrying on the argyle meth business so he and Delbert gathered a bunch of criminals to start mass-selling argyle meth. Sales weren't going so well so The Kingpin hired his men to come by and hack Delbert's arm off, which horrified Robby so bad that he decided to quit the business all together. After quitting, Robby gave Kevin the burner phone and told him everything he knew about The Kingpin and helped him solve the case to but an end to his reign of terror.

In "Parent Trap", Robby and Delbert hosted the Thanksgiving parade.

In "Christmas in Paradise", Robby and Delbert gathered around the Christmas tree lighting, where Robby apologized to Delbert for making lose his arm. Delbert forgave him as how he had the ability to kill possums with his new robot arm.

Appearance

Robby is a smelly, unclean, chubby, redneck hillbilly. He is a Caucasian adult male with long blond hair that he wears in a ponytail and a mustache. He wears a red and white baseball cap that says "TITS" on it. He also has a red wifebeater, that shows his belly button. He also wears blue pants, a black belt with a gold buckle on it, and brown shoes. He has hair all over his chest and a bunch of crooked, missing, messed up teeth.

Personality

Robby basically acts like a generic, stereotypical redneck hillbilly. He smokes crack, drinks beer, fucks relatives, and goes to a bunch of hillbilly shit shows like smash up derbys and dog fights. He is involved in crimes such as the distribution and consumption of drugs, most notably Argyle Meth. He also has a history of theft and rape. Despite this obviously putting on on bad terms with the cops, Robby has managed to form a friendship with a few members of the police department, such as Kevin Crawford and Dusty Marlow.

  • Delbert - Robby and Delbert are best friends and unofficial "brothers", who share a crackhouse and do everything together, like smoking crack, robbing liquor stores, and going to snake orgys. Their friendship is strong and they have an almost sexual bond with each other. In "Task Force", Robby dressed up as She-ra, while Delbert dressed as Trapjaw and they did some "weird shit", while Kevin recorded them. In "Paradise Found", Robby and Delbert mixed their semen in a scientific test tube to create a homonculus baby named Dobby and raised him as a son. In "Tucker Carlson is a Huge D**k", Robby proposed to Gina but told her he would not be fucking her unless she wore a Delbert mask. In "Flip the Vote", Robby poked Delbert with his boner. Robby is a very caring friend to Delbert, as seen in "Task Force", when Delbert got his arm chopped off by the kingpin's henchmen, after failing to distribute enough argyle meth. Robby helped to give him a prosthetic arm and felt as though it was his fault he lost him arm so he apologized to him in "Christmas in Paradise" but Delbert didn't seem to mind. In "Who Ate Wally's Waffles?", it was revealed that Delbert was not blood related to Robby, nor was he even legally adopted. Delbert was an unrelated kid who starred in a TV show on Disney and in 1998, Robby had his father kidnap him so he could live with him. Delbert forgot all about this and has been the "brother" of Robby ever since.
  • Kevin Crawford - Robby is somewhat of a "frenemy" to Kevin, more than anything. Although he is a criminal, who's been arrested and beaten by Kevin several times, there's been multiple occasions, when they've acted like friends. In "Welcome to Paradise", Robby felt bad for Kevin after he got fired from his job as a cop, (even though he just arrested him and was currently in jail at the time). Despite this, Robby still helped Kevin track down Terry Two-Toes and solve the argyle meth case. In "Karla", Robby made fun of Kevin for fucking his car and gave him the nickname, "car fucker", which stuck with him for the rest of the series. In "Police Academy", Robby ran a bogus police academy and helped Kevin earn a counterfeit diploma, after making him do a series of odd and mildly sexual tasks. In "Task Force", Robby turned on the kingpin after he mutilated Delbert and disclosed all the information he has on the argyle meth business to Kevin. He then asked Kevin to film a porn video of him fucking Delbert, while role playing as He-Man characters. In "Operation DD", Robby found out about Kevin's embarrassing new middle name and started calling him "Pubesalad" as his new nickname.

Enemies

  • Randall Crawford - Robby is always getting arrested by Randall and he hates him for that. He really had no respect for his authority though. In "Meet the Jabowskis", Randall got pissed off at Robby and Delbert for breaking into the police station and destroying everything. Robby kicked Randall's ass out of the station. When Randall tried to break back in, he got stuck in Bullet's doggy door, where he had his head shaved and his face tattooed by Robby and Delbert. In "The Father, The Son, and The Post-It Note", Randall tortured Robby for information on the houndstooth meth kingpin but Robby just took sexual pleasure from his attacks and of course, as someone completely dissociated with the business, didn't disclose any information.
  • Gina Jabowski - Gina is Robby's worst enemy and of all the cops, Robby arguably fears her the most. In "Black & Blue", Gina brutally assaulted him and Delbert in an epic argyle meth bust and arrested them after mercilessly beating the fucking shit out of them. In "Meet the Jabowskis", Gina was the only cop who stuck any chords of fear with him and Delbert. When they thought she was dead, they seized the opportunity to go on a crime spree. At the end of the episode, however, when Gina revealed that she was alive and had just come back from being out of town, Robby and Delbert scrambled in fear, while she kicked their asses and shoved Delbert's head up Robby's ass. In "Tucker Carlson is a Huge D**k", Robby proposed to Gina but said he would only fuck her if she wore a Delbert mask. Later in the episode, while Gina was working at Hooters, Robby came up to her and honked her tits.
  • Gerald Fitzgerald - Robby worked for Fitz, when he was part of the argyle meth corporation, although he had no idea who he was, since he kept his identity a secret and only spoke to him over a burner phone. Starting with "Police Academy", Robby and Delbert took direct orders from him over the phone and sold argyle meth, following his wishes. In "Task Force", Fitz got mad at Robby for failing to sell enough argyle meth and had some hitmen come in and chop Delbert's arm off. Robby was very pissed off at the anonymous kingpin for mutilating his friend like this and this was enough to make him quit the business altogether and even tell Kevin everything he knew about the kingpin, hoping to get him busted. In "Black & Blue", Robby and Delbert interacted with Fitz, while he was still his heroic cop self. Fitz spied on them when they were making an argyle meth drug trade with a Russian mobster and then blew his cover by stupidly playing the piccolo, getting him and his partner, Gina shot at. In "Big Ball Energy", Fitz busted into the crackhouse to arrest the houndstooth meth kingpin and found out Cop Bot was the kingpin. Robby and Delbert just continued about their lives while this happened and didn't really give a shit about someone else getting arrested. In "Flip the Vote", when Fitz's identity as the kingpin became public knowledge, it's possible Robby put two and two together and found out that Fitz was the monster who hurt his friend.
