Showdown at the O-bese Corral is the fifth episode of Season 3 of Paradise PD. It is the twenty-third episode, overall.
Synopsis[]
Dusty gets fed up with the fat-shaming and starts a body positivity group with his friends. Meanwhile, Dolphin Queen has to get a job.
Plot[]
The Paradise Police Department is required to take a mandatory physical agility test to keep their jobs. Dusty shows up late, eating lasagna and clearly incapable of passing. Gina, aroused by his obesity, begins masturbating in public until Bullet reminds her it’s illegal, forcing her into her Masturbation Hut. Randall, furious with Dusty, orders him to complete the tests, but Dusty fails them all due to his weight and food addiction. Randall flunks him and insists he join Weight Watchers if he wants to stay on the force.
Meanwhile, Fitz argues with Dolphin Queen after she blows money on expensive shoes, having already wasted thousands on Fiji water. Fitz tells her she needs to get a job. Later, he mocks two flies mating on feces, saying it’s more entertaining than Westworld season two.
At Weight Watchers, members—including Thester, who eats to cope with looking like Patton Oswalt—commiserate about their struggles. The leader welcomes Dusty, but Dusty distracts everyone by cooking Bang Bang Bacon Balls. He argues that “big is beautiful” and rallies the group into a body-positive frenzy. Soon, Dusty has effectively transformed Weight Watchers into a cult. Gina, peeping through the window, masturbates again while Bullet accuses her of being a “shlicking addict.”
For his 50th birthday, Randall goes to Denny’s for his free meal, only to learn that Dusty’s group already ate everything. Furious, he blames Dusty for ruining his birthday as the cult’s overeating causes their clothes to rip. Dusty introduces “slankets” as their new uniform.
Back home, Fitz struggles teaching Junior how to say “piccolo” and learns Dolphin Queen got a job at SeaWorld, which excites him until he realizes she’s just a cotton candy vendor whose wet flippers dissolve the product. This leaves the family financially screwed, especially since Fitz already quit the PD.
Back at the station, Dusty’s cult—now fully devoted to him—shows up, donating money and treating him like a prophet. Randall mocks them with fat-cult puns while Hopson sleeps through it. Gina worships Dusty and his followers sexually, making Kevin jealous. Bullet notices Gina’s vagina is swollen from excessive masturbation and urges her to see a doctor.
At the hospital, Dr. Funtlichter tells Gina she must abstain from masturbation for 48 hours or risk losing her clitoris. She vows to try, only to immediately relapse after seeing Dusty’s naked followers parading through town. Randall attempts to arrest them for public nudity but Dusty points out their genitals are hidden under their bellies, making it technically legal. Randall tries digging for Dusty’s penis but gets stuck in his fat rolls.
Meanwhile, Fitz and Junior visit Dolphin Queen’s “job,” discovering the truth about her low pay. Later, desperate for gas, Fitz trades a photo of his own butthole (passing it off as a vagina) to a gas station owner in exchange for fuel, laughing maniacally when the man masturbates to it.
Randall and Karen plot to eliminate Dusty’s cult, which has grown dangerous. The PD prepares for a violent siege at Golden Corral, but Kevin, Hopson, Bullet, and even Gina (though bound and gagged) refuse to attack Dusty and his “Pie-entologists.” Randall storms in alone through the air vents but collapses under his own hidden weight. When Dusty pulls him free, it’s revealed Randall himself is secretly obese, hiding it beneath a corset. Dusty welcomes him into the cult, admitting he always knew it was one.
The reunion is cut short when the original Weight Watchers leader sets the building on fire, misinterpreting Dusty’s talk of a “suicide pact” (referring to mixing fountain drinks). Gina bursts in, orgasms so powerfully that her squirting floods the building, extinguishes the flames, and saves everyone—though her clitoris falls off in the process.
In the aftermath, Randall rehires Dusty, finally accepting his fatness. Gina unveils her new robotic vagina. Fitz tries to rejoin the PD despite quitting, bribing Randall with a supposed photo of his wife’s vagina—but reveals it was his butthole, laughing as he exits. Finally, Randall and Dusty celebrate with donuts, only to die of instant diabetes. Dusty’s ghost, now resembling Slimer, flies out and devours the camera.

- Dusty has his own personal recipe for a food he likes to call Bang Bang Bacon Balls.
- Randall celebrates his birthday in this episode, making him 50 years old.
- As a gay man, Dr. Funtlichter has little to no knowledge on female anatomy, believe a "clitoris" is the name of a dinosaur.
- Gina's vagina gets destroyed and has it replaced with a robotic one.
- Stanley Hopson only has one line of dialogue in this episode and that is him waking up from his nap and shouting "What am I!?".
Continuity[]
- Thester appears for the first time since "Operation DD".
- Randall gets absorbed by Dusty's hungry skin, which he previously brought up in "Trigger Warnings".
Cultural References[]
- The title is a pun on the historical event, The Gunfight at the O.K. Corral.

- Randall calls Dusty a white-trash Buddha.
- Dusty slams Season 2 of Westworld.
- Dolphin Queen fills her apartment with Fiji water.
- Thester Carbomb IV once again compares himself to Patton Oswalt.
- Kevin crieds when Ironman died in Avengers: Endgame and even waxes the lyrics of I Love You 3000.

- Dusty's fat cult is given several nicknames, which are fat-related puns on real life cults:
- Ranch Davidians - Branch Davidians

- Jonestown Buffet - Jonestown People's Temple
- Heaven's Cake Cult - Heaven's Gate Cult
- Jehovah's Unfitnesses - Jehovah's Witnesses

- Randall says "God Hates Fats", which is a pun on the phrase "God Hates Fags", coined by the Westboro Baptist Church.
- When the cops start busting into the Golden Corral to arrest the fat cult, Dusty fears the FBI is "Pulling a Waco" on them. This is a reference to the Waco Seige that the FBI pulled on Waco, Texas from February 28th, 1993 to April 19th, 1993, wherein the aforementioned Branch Davidians, led by David Koresh refused to leave the Mount Carmel Center they were stockpiling weapons in, even after several peaceful warnings from the FBI, leading to them to raid the building and end up killing 76 Branch Davidians.
- Randall responds to the term "Pulling a Waco" with "But that's Roger's job." This is a fourth wall joke, referencing to the show's creators, Roger Black and Waco O'Guin.
