Testosterone Patches are transdermal patches, that release testosterone into the body, through the skin. Randall Crawford needs to use these on himself, to substitute for his destroyed testicles.
Biography
In "Welcome to Paradise", it was revealed that ever since Kevin shot him in the testicles, Randall his testes failed to produce a sufficient amount of testosterone. Ever since then, he's needed to use testosterone patches just to keep his mustache from falling out.
Later in the episode, Kevin told Randall that he wasted the last of Paradise P.D.'s bullets, shooting up Paradise VHS for no reason. Randall was so angered that he covered his entire arm in testosterone patches. This overuse of testosterone patches turned him into a giant, red, hulk-like monster that destroyed his own car.
At the end of the episode, Randall, having used all of them before, ran out of testosterone patches, just before his date with Karen, causing him to lose his mustache and sprout tits.
In "Ass on the Line", Randall said that due to him turning into an effeminate femboy, due to his lack of testosterone patches, he blew off his previously planned date with Karen, making the latter very mad at him for standing her up.
In "Police Academy", Randall gets mad at Kevin for talking about the argyle meth case and starts covering himself in too much testosterone patches again. However, he soon finds out all too late that he was actually using Karen's estrogen patches, due to a mixup with their mail deliveries. Randall starts acting like an effeminate nancy boy and Karen enters, having accidentally used Randall's testosterone patches. Karen is covered in facial hair, screaming at him to watch football and have sex with her, causing Randall to break down in tears and tell her that they never talk anymore. Karen angrily asks what it is she said to offend Randall.
In "Christmas in Paradise", it was revealed that on the night Randall grew boobs from losing his testosterone patches, he went to perform at a strip club, where he went by the stage name "Summer Sausage".
In "The Father, The Son, and The Post-It Note", Agent Clappers reminded Kevin of "Summer Sausage".
In "Paradise PD Meets Brickleberry", Randall went undercover as a stripper at the Hazelhurst Titty Bar, by not using his testosterone patches so he could once again become "Summer Sausage".
In "Tucker Carlson is a Huge D**k", Randall puts a testosterone patche in Kevin's brain, to become more "man-like". The result putting too much patches in the brain caused Kevin to turn into a giant manly beast-like monster which Randall refered as a "Manster" (a combination of the words "man" and "monster").
